Return Cost

Customer need to pay the shipping fee and boring the product back in order to return the product.

7 Days to Return

All purchased items (except custom-made items & Earrings) may be returned or exchanged only if the item has any quality issue one time within 7 days from the date of receipt for the item.

Earrings Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded

Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Repair the Items

We will repair any items with manufacturing faults or exchange them within the first 1 month from the purchase date (proof of purchase must be provided). In the rare case of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item.

Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, bending of rings or earrings etc.

Returns and Exchanges

Items should be returned with all paperwork (such as receipts)

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before an exchange or return is processed.
